Paul V. Marino, Esquire
Paul V. Marino is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a graduate of Massachusetts School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and has been allowed to practice pro hoc vice in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Attorney Marino has been in practice since 1997 and in private practice since 1998. He has appeared in numerous courts and counties throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts in Boston and Worcester. His practice is concentrated in the area of criminal defense and white-collar criminal matters. Attorney Marino has successfully handled numerous jury trials for his clients with criminal matters at both the State and Federal levels. He has also successfully defended clients in civil defense litigation and complex business matters to jury as well as handled trials in protracted probate matters.
Attorney Marino has been a member of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association.
